Accessibility

We want every family to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we do

• Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip straight to the content.
• Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines, and the site works when you zoom in.
• Images and graphics have text descriptions. Form fields have labels.
• The animation on the home page has a pause button, and it stops on its own if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Every page is available in English and Spanish.
• We check the site with automated tools and by hand, using only a keyboard.
